Stocking the Shelves at Our Village Closet

We were excited to get to participate in a volunteer day for Our Village Closet over the weekend. Our Village Closet (OVC) is a resource center for youth impacted by foster care in Sonoma County, providing essential supplies and a safe community space where dignity is always prioritized. Youth and their caregivers are able to go to OVC to shop for free for essentials that they need and to find a community of support.

For teens and young adults impacted by foster care, one of the things OVC offers is hygiene products and their staff shared that these supplies always fly off the shelf whenever they receive a donation.
